Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders to all available destinations. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 8–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the tracking number is issued, depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Addorae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@addorae.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

If your order is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@addorae.com with your order number.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing. However, we will assist you in reviewing the situation and may recommend contacting the carrier or local delivery office.

Split Shipments:

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they contain multiple items or are fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
