Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Addorae. We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do, we will do our best to meet your expectations and help you be happy with your purchases.

Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your defective item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Order information required: Order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and reason for return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Include all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging materials.
Have proof of purchase from Addorae.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used personal care or hygiene products.
Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without original packaging.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@addorae.com.

Please include:

Your order number.
A clear photo or video of the issue.
A photo of the packaging and shipping label, if relevant.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@addorae.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees or return-related costs.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
